  After receiving the wrong order I parked and walked into the shop while waiting for my correct order the manager asked for the food I was given. I gave the breakfast to him to see what he would do and he set it to the side. Giving me the impression he was going to save it to reserve to another customer, after informing him that I had used a napkin and put it inside the bag with the burrito he then threw it away. Absolutely appalled that he was going to reserve that for another customer after it got sent out. Anyone with kitchen experience know you DO NOT take back food after it has left the kitchen and serve it to another customer you have no idea what could have happened to that food during that time and on top of making me late for work I didn't even get to eat the free burrito. The Bagel Station is much better we go there now for breakfast.

  I went here twice and both times screwed up my order I didn't realize it either time until I got to the office. The first time they gave me a medium drink instead of a large the second time they didn't even give me the correct drink and give me a coffee instead of a French vanilla cappuccino which is more expensive. Will never shop or go to Tim Hortons ever again
